I loved working with Dre, he’s an incredible personal trainer. He’s encouraging and inspiring, with just the right balance of urgency and discipline.
He listens to what my goals are., he’s very encouraging and motivating., which is really helpful to me, he’s also very observant during the sessions and tweaks the workout to make sure it always accustomed to meeting my goals. I’ve been able to accomplish workouts that I would have never thought I would be doing. I’ m learning so much so quickly and as a result, while loosing the weight, I also feel stronger and healthier. And improved my posture, which at one point was really bad.
